The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences has partnered with MMI to offer a Graduate Certificate in Integrative Medicine as well as a Master of Science Degree in Health Sciences in Integrative Medicine which has recently received approval by the American Board of Physician Specialties to qualify graduates to sit for the newly established American Board of Integrative Medicine® (ABOIM®). Graduate Certificate in Integrative Medicine is 18 total credits and will prepare you to:

  • Learn how to establish a practice in integrative and metabolic medicine
  • Apply the core competencies for clinical practice through the development of integrative medicine practice plans
  • Learn practice management strategies and business plan development
  • Apply the principles of whole-person care to clinical practice
  • Integrate fundamentals of nutrition and metabolism into an integrated care plan
  • Integrate “omics” information in order to personalize treatment plans

Master of Science in Health Sciences in Integrative Medicine is 30 total credits and will prepare you to:

Eligibility Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree and a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
