Module XIV-A, B, C & D: Certification in Weight and Lifestyle Management

Currently 78% of the U.S. population is overweight and now a staggering 38% of the population is obese (40% women and 35% men). Over the last decade, the NIH, has called for an all out war on obesity and has established guidelines that clearly push toward thinking beyond exercise and diet as the only causality to this endemic issue. To date, appetite suppressants and low calorie diets dominate the weight loss marketplace with a very low current success rate of 5-8%. This has forced the average weight management consumer to go searching on the internet attempting 4 new diets a year. This program destroys the myths around weight management and lays the groundwork for a comprehensive understanding of metabolism and the influencing factors that lead to fat gain.

This includes compounding suggestions, rationale for HCG as part of a weight loss program and the clinical application of dietary supplements for correcting the metabolic roadblocks that lead to stubborn weight gain. Broad topics such as insulin resistance and cortisol and managing sleep patterns are just a few of the highlights of Module XIV-A.
